Default Identify cut wires on engine harness

I pulled my tranny a couple of days ago and found a couple of cut/pulled out wires dangling over the bellhousing. I would like to identify what these are supposed to go to before I put the tranny back up and have a potential problem reaching something. The wires are a red, brown white and pink black all in one loom. They are located on the same section of harness that the passenger side bank of fuel injector connectors are on. The loom comes out of that harness directly behind (rear of engine compartment) the #8 cylinder injector. I think that it might be for the rear O2 sensor that I deleted but I don't remember cutting it and the ends look like they pulled out of a connector. Please help.

I figured it out. It was the cam position sensor connector that was on an extension in order to relocate it to the front cover for the LS2.
