Probably need a better tune. Can you scan the oxygen sensor to see if its working properly?

When I got the scanner hooked up it was @ operating temp and working properly, but it may be lazy from a cold start.

What about header/exhaust leaks? Do you have clamps or is the setup welded? When was the last time you checked the drivers side (Bank 1) header bolts? Something on the driver's side. If the problem tends to be in one bank then I would look at the exhaust system before I focused too heavily on the tune.

I just have mufflers off of the headers, bolts tight on the header.
