do you guys know of anyone that has a program like hptuner for subaru sti-wrx ect.

Have you tried a Subi forum??? Probably have better luck there...

Go to clubWRX.net and ask questions. There really isn't anything like the hptuner for Subies. There is, however, user programable EMS systems for the Subie like the Cobb Access Port and the TurboXS UTEC system. I still help moderate the forums over there since I used to have a Stage 4 WRX.
