okay i have a v6 camaro and was considering supercharging it then realized it would be just as expensive to just drop a ls1 in it....so i'm going to have to change out pretty much everything right?

The engine harness is different. (wiring from the sensors to the pcm)
Chassis harness (under the hood - not on the engine) and the interior harness are the same.
Except the chassis harness from a v6 car isn't wired for an air pump. (which most people wouldn't mind actually...)
And has only a INJ1 feed but no INJ2 feed. That's an easy fix. You can run a wire for it, or just pull a jump off any of the switched 12v wires in the 3 fenderwell connectors.

100% correct. i did the swap, just get your ls1 with the entire engine harness and pcm, plug in the body harness to the pcm, and youre good to go (with the exception of what he said about the power)
very easy.
