Default Anyone have 402ci afr heads, 42 lb inj. tune for ls-1 edit

I started my 402 with afr heads, fast 90/90. 42lb injectors tonight and it idled really rough which is expected i guess. What do i need to change in the tune for that combp to help the idle ? it wanted to die and I had to give it a little gas to keep it going. Only ran it for maybe 30 sec total to make sure no leaks and oil press. etc... I have ls1 edit. Any help or a tune would be appreciated.I dont remember exact cam grind but if it's important ill look it up. It's not a crazy cam for a 402, some people actually said it was a little mild for a 402 .
Thanks
Ron H.
p.s motor is entirely new and tonight was first startup

(DISCLAMER NOT A PRO TUNER BUT DID GET MY H/C AFRs and 233-239 CAR TO IDLE LIKE STOCK SO MY ADVICE MIGHT BE OFF BUT AND IM USE TO HP TUNERS)
have you done any tuning to it yet if not id raise the idle to around 1000 or 950 to start. im hopin you have the injectors redone for the 42s if not do that also. if theres a idle airflow chart add 2 to all the charts to start with getting them locked down will help it idle better. for spark control if there is a idle adaptive spark control/ overspeed/ underspeed/ devide those all by half. try that ill add more if i think of it should help i hope good luck.

Did you rescale the injector flow rate for the 42-lbs injectors(SVO or Delphi)? You also need to measure the fuel pressure at the rail so you can input the exact pressure into the calculator below. This should be your first step, then move forward with the other tuning steps.

btw injectors are lucas 42 lb injectors.
any idea what the flow gm/sec would be at all kp readings ? b.t.w. I have a racetronix fuel setup installed in tank and stock fuel rails if that helps at all.
Thanks
Ron H.

You really need Excel. See if this helps (assuming you have 58 psi at the rail). Once again, you need to verify pressure at the rail. Also try to reduce the 0-1200 rpms values in the main VE by 5-10% for starters.
