Default Recomendations on ECM Computer Tuning

I'm About to send off the ECM for some computer tuning. My Car is an '01 SS Camaro A4, with all the bolt on's Headers, SY3500, Lid, SLP 85mm MAF,
etc.etc.etc..... What would you guy's (that have done this already) recomend that I have done to the ECM? Should I start with torque management?
Lemme know....
Thanks in advance. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
