Default Inline fuel pump wire?

I've installed an inline fuel pump and when the ignition is on (but the motor is not running) the fuel pump comes on which makes it unbearable to listen to the fuel pump while I'm uploading a tune.

I was told that there is a 12v wire coming from the PCM that the fuel pump should be hooked to so that it only comes on when the engine is actually running. Does anyone know what color this wire is or how to identify this wire (if it exists)?

Its just the power wire for the OE pump... Are you keeping the stock pump and adding this "in addition to"?

Jump off of the OE pump's power wire and use it to switch the coil side of a relay. Use the contact side fro the new power feed from up front. This way the new pump runs when the factory pump does.

I'll try that. Thanks.
