Default HPtuner OS ID mismatch

I have a car here in the shop which drives me crazy to say the least. To make it short, it had a drowned BCM, a steering lock issue, miswired VATS relay and a drowned PCM. The steering lock has been changed twice be a GM dealer and still it locked so we have installed a lock bypass.
On top of that Airbag warnings because a pin in a connector behind the dashboard became loose. Anyway, all OK now

now the bummer where I draw a blank. Before GM updated the PCM with the latest OS to fixe the steering lock problem for good we saved the performance HPtuner programm to the laptop. Now I tried to load it back into PCM and I get the follwing error:

File OS ID does not match VCM OS
File OS: 9381344 VCM OS: 12593359

What can I do now to get programm back into PCM and car out of my shop?

Default

Read the pcm, modify the file you read off the pcm, do a write calibration only, done.
