where do i tune for cell 21 on hptuners?

I believe that FTC 21 is Open Loop with A/C on. What do you need to know about it???

a/c isn't on when this happens. i have a rich decel before the dfco kicks in. logged that it was in cell 21 same as dfco. i don't know where to tune to lean my decel.
