Default should it be safe????

I just got my car back around a week ago and have put around 300 miles on it since then. Everything seems to be going well with the exception of some minor hiccups with the transmission shifting while in D. Getting to the point of my question. I had McCord flash my PCM, using EFI Live I believe. I live around 175 miles away from home and I was wanting to take it home for easter but I have heard horror stories about driving a car around with only a flash and the car ran too lean and the motor was toast, or the car ran way too rich and washed down the cylinders. I would love to hear "Yeah your car will be fine!", but if there is any chance that I could cause alot of damage driving my car home with only a flash on my PCM then I would rather just drive my truck. Any suggestions on what to check so I can see if she is in good shape for the trip would be greatly appreciated!

WTF is a "flash only"

You will be fine, the PCM can adjust fueling in real time to adjust your fueling needs. Just stay out of WOT.
