Default Tuning and Thermostat

I'm getting my tune next week and i got a little issue....my thermostat. I got a 185 in there right now and the car stays at around 190...but its still cold out...I also got a slp 160....should i just swap in the 160 and have it tuned for that...or should i just leave the 185 in there? I also got the hpp3 (i know its garbage) so i was thinking that i should just tune it for the 160 when it gets warmer with the hpp3...i have the gears, fan, tires, already tuned with the hpp3. So now what?

put the 160 in there and set your fans acordingly. you can read the HPP3 program for the fan settings and copy those. the tuner can read that tune from the HPP3 programmer for the 160.

from what you are saying, use the Hpp3 and program the 160* fans, have the tuner read that tune, then have him flash what he needs to get your car tuned right.

When you go to a colder thermo, make sure that they set the times of Fuel learning and spark learning for the lower temps. Some things dont kick on till over 180 degrees, so if you are colder= not correct...
