What does your HPT say for voltage when your plugged into your cars pcm reflashing car not running?Mine has alway been 11.2-11.6 I have a Brand new Optime Yellow top fully charged and it says 11.8 Is this normal or should it be higher like around 12.2?T.I.A

Thanks Guys,I really didnt know if 11.2 was safe.HPT said 11.8 and my multimeter I borrowed from work says 13.08 to the top posts so I guess all is good.

So would that much power get robbed from the Battery to the cars port under the dash where you plug in HPT to go from 13.08 Volts to 11.8?Thanks
