I recently installed my tranny back on my own and came to find out that while I installed it I accidently caught the knock sensor wires in between the motor and tranny. I can drive the car normally but once i floor it and the hard second gear kicks in the guages begin to flash like if the car was losing complete charge under extreme load only which is at the shifting. Car is automatic. I fixed problem with wires thinking that that was the problem and that it would go away. but it didn't. It still has the problem. there are no other loose wires and I would not know what else would cause that. The only thing I can think of is that the computer is fried. Please help I don't know what it is or what to do or even what forum to go to.
