Default No start, battery charged, PCM replaced last year....

A4 Trans Am will not start, all dash lights on, battery takes only 11 mins on charger. Turn key and nothing. No clicking or anything. Started up perfect 10 hrs ago. This car had similar starting problems last year (start, no start, start, etc.) and the dealership replaced the PCM. I have a HP Tuners license for '99-'00 cars. This car is an '01. Can I still scan it while trying to start and find out what is wrong?
Thanks for any info or direction .

Whats the battery voltage? Maybe VATS? Also, check the starter.

Check the fuses. Sometimes the 50amp ignition fuse under the hood could be the culprit.

Voltage is 12 at the guage. Haven't tried to inspect VATS yet since I don't know if my HPT will do anything for this car since I don't have a license for 2001s. If the starter was failing what should I look for?? Will look into the fuse also.
Thanks.

Is the security light on? HPT can turn off VATS but you do need a lisence for your car. The starter is tricky. Theres really nothing to look for... Have someone with a volt meter on the battery and someone try to start it and see what the volt meter does. If the starter is working, it should drop in voltage. If it drops but the starter doeesnt enguage, then the armature is messed up, but if it doesnt drop at all, the starter relay or the starter solenoid (on the starter itself) is messed up.
