Default Tuning for 2 step rev limiter & trans brake

How do you run a two step rev limiter and trans brake on a ls1? What all has to be changed in the pcm?

I know you can do it with efi live, which Im going to try but I heard it makes the car really lean. Im looking for other methods. Plus Im running CO#5 for nitrous so I would have to loose that to use the two step.
