Deleting codes

Deleting codes I have HPtuners. I am learning as I go with it, making little changes. Anyway My car keeps throwing codes. I know now my 02's are both lazy, they will be replaced this week.
What codes are ok to delete, I deleted the AIR/EGR ok but I got a little confused with the 02 ones. I deleted anything with in the 02 category that had sensor 2 on it. I understand that Bank 1 is drivers side, Bank 2 is passenger side and Sensor 2 are the rears. I just want to make sure I am getting everything deleted with the 02's. A list of the codes to delete would be awesome.
Next project is adjusting my A/F ratio, right now it is at 14.7 at idle. Waiting till after i get the LS6 intake and new 02's on to adjust it. Any recomendations about adjusting it would be great as well.
