Leave the light show for the imports, you need a wideband

Ummmm GM uses narrow band

did you buy something that attempts to read a/f with narrow band signals
I am failing to understand what your doing

You can do this, but don't rely on the narrowband data to tune your car. It's not accurate. Temperature will cause it to report different values at the same afr. Use a wideband. Also, do a search on this topic. It is much discussed.

yes, i am aware. I don't tune my own car so i really don't need the wideband, thanks for the info.

What they are trying to tell you is hooking up an A/F guage to your narrow band sensors is completely useless, no matter what you are trying to use it for.

I disagree 1,000,000 percent it has been proven tthat the A/F gauge will tell you at WOT (the "up" cycle of the 02's) if the car is running lean or rich based on the mili-volts.

I think this has gone far enough i don't need any more criticism.
