question concerning afr

so i had my car dynoed awhile back just for fun. and the air fuel chart said i was at 13.3:1 almost all the way across the pull. is 13.3 a little lean? i have full bolt ons on a 00 ls1.

thats what i was thinking. im getting my friends lm1 soon so ill be able to dial it in and learn at the same time. lol
