Default Can't get EFILive V1 black box logging to work...

I recently bought a used EFILive V1 for my '98 Z28 and just started tinkering around with it. I set it up for black box logging like the user manual said to. The problem I'm getting is when I plug it into the OBD connector and try to start logging by pressing the button on the flashscan box. When I initially connect the cable to the OBD port all of the LED's cycle. Then when I press the start/stop button the green LOG light and the yellow OBD light blink simultaneously. I found a thread on the EFILive message board where Blacky, the admin, states "FlashSCan is basically attempting to start logging but when it can't talk to the PCM it quits immediately." Does anyone here know what is causing this issue and how I can correct it? Thanks!

I can read and flash my PCM just fine so I don't think that's the issue...I'll look at the fuses anyway though. Thanks.

Thanks fellow green machine operator. I tried what was mentioned in that post with no luck. I've created an error report and will send it off to see if that helps troubleshoot this issue. Anyone else have any ideas?
