Default Another crank relearn question

I have done a ton of searching, but still have not satisfied my problem. Shortly after having a few tuning things done from my cam swap (rev limiter raised to 6700, and crank relearn), my car began to have an intermittant problem. While driving it would suddenly "change" in tune, and loose all power. If given any throttle under a load, it would miss and not accelerate at all. It is not throwing a code, and will eventually fix itself after about an hour of driving, if not more. Then it will do it again after about the same amount of driving.

Is it the crank relearn?

I can't figure it out, any advise will be appreciated!

Other possibilities

Cam is setting off knock sensors

leaking intake gaskets allowing unmetered air to enter.

Ended up being the knock sensors, and was putting it into the low octane tables. Fixed and running like a champ
