Does it matter is ecm is a4 or m6 ??

Default Does it matter is ecm is a4 or m6 ??

If I am getting the ecm flashed anyway but the swap is an M6, does it matter if the ecm is an A4 ecm ?

The calibration is just changed to suit. I built an OS5 A4 tune the other day with my PCM. Got all sorts of A4 DTC's when I started the car on it accidentally thinking it was my tune.
