Default Override locked pcm?

I have a 00 pcm and I am trying to use HP tuners on it. Everytime I get an error when it tries to access the PCM , and I looked up in the Help menu and it told me that it is locked. From what I know, Nelson Performance tuned it prior to me having the car. I am assuming they put a lock on it. Is there anyway to completely erase the pcm and just put a stock tune back on it?

no.

A locked pcm must be unlocked by the original tuner or a new, unlocked, pcm must be purchased to replace the locked one.

I've heard of a few people that unlock locked pcm's but they are few & far between & it might be cheaper to just do one of the aforementioned things.

I picked one up from a reputable shop on Ebay. $90.00 with no core.

I can put them back to stock and unlock them too, But i dont unlock them and leave the cals in. They will be a stock cal when you get them back.

30 bucks shipping included is what we normally charge.

I actually called the place and they said they would untune it for free, just pay shipping. But thanks for the info, good to know where I can get it done again in the future.
