whats the easiest way to richen across the board?

Default whats the easiest way to richen across the board?
Using ls1edit, which table do I start with? DO I raise or lower #'s in chart?

Injector Flow Table.......

<100% will cause more flow (computer thinks injectors are smaller)

>100% will cause less flow (computer thinks injectors are larger)
