Car will not start after Flash!

Car will not start after Flash! Ok I have finally got my pcm serial # thing figured out so now I have a different problem. I have not loaded my 2 bar sd yet on the pcm yet. I went to try and start the car and it will not start at all. I check the DTC codes and this is what I have!
[Brake] C0055 - Steering Wheel Position Sensor Signal D (Current)
[Restraints] U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1016 - Loss of Class 2 Communication with VCM (History) (Immature)
I am not sure what those mean or if those are the reason the car will not start. If someone can please tell me the easiest way to post my BIN file I will so you can see what is going on! The pcm has a stock file on it. Nothing has been changed yet. Sig has all of my mods.
