EFILive is a scanner logging program where as Edit allows you to modify and download program changes. In order for LS1 Edit to fully utilized, you must use EFILive (or some other scanner package) to determine how everything is operating.

To put it more simply, it's not an either or question, you need both. The only choice you have is whether to by EFILive or Autotap, get both at a discount like I did.

EFILive and Autotap are the two you can buy together for a discount; you'll have to bite the bullet and pay full price for LS1edit; there is no competing product and they can barely turn them out fast enough to meet demand.
