Segment 1 Check Sum is Wrong! WTF?!?

Segment 1 Check Sum is Wrong! WTF?!? I'm trying to reprogram my PCM but it won't even open my file. After a closer look at the file, I noticed the main menu says "Segment 1 Check Sum is Wrong." I have no idea what this means but I'm guessing this is the problem. Any ideas?

Re: Segment 1 Check Sum is Wrong! WTF?!? I suggest you download a few times, you may have had a bad download and the file is corrupted.
When you download again name file differently just to be sure your writing to disk as a new flash file.

Re: Segment 1 Check Sum is Wrong! WTF?!? I tried that and it didn't work. I ended up grabbing the previous file, which unfortunately was from a long time ago, and spent a couple hours making the changes all over again. 
Finally got my car programmed. But now I can't get my converter to lock.
