Default Where to take a "special" E67 ECU to get checked out in the DFW area?

I already tried RPM in Lewisville and got the blow off. Another performance shop off my list of places that have been helpful... I have a GM performace harness kit for my LS2 that is in my mustang and I need to find out for sure if the ecu can be tuned. These harness kits are so new that no one has any experience with the E67 that come with them. I need someone to plug into the ecu and see if they can actually reprogram anything or tell me that it's somehow locked....

Just send me the computer. I can make it useable for the tuners for you.

There isnt anything special about them.

What needs to be done to this ECU to make it tuneable? I'm buying one of these harness kits for my project car as well.

Just needs to be unlocked and put in a valid operating system number.
