tune/breakin new engine and clutch?

tune/breakin new engine and clutch? I have built a new forged 347 with Prc stg 2.5 heads and ms4 cam. I have also installed a new clutch. Now im not sure if i should just bring the car and have it fully tuned or have a base tune put in and put some miles on it and have it retuned. Im also thinking about throwing new injectors in before the tune. Also can i drive the car without a tune?

I have basicaly the same setup, and I couldn't drive the car until it was tuned. More than likely the problem was my injectors. They were just dumping fuel in the motor.
