Default Basic modifications with HP TUNER????Please Help!!

I have an 2001 FIrebird Ram Air. Car Specs: Automatic, ls6 heads, 212/218compcam, SLP induction system, Flow Tech LT headers without cats, 2.5 custom Y pipe, ported TB.
Finally bought the HP Tuner, now i wanted to know what are the basic things that i have to modify and set-up in my car, like AFR, 160deg Fans,??? What more??? For daily driving.
And what are the values, aproximations, of what i have to look for ( like WOT AFR betw 12.9-13.4, or something like that)???
WHat about timing?

Default

usually fan on/off for 160 would be like
175 on
170 off for fan 1

185 on
180 off for fan 2

if you have a wideband remember that maf takes over completely over 4000 rpms in LS1 applications so for wot fueling simply setup your PE table the way that you'd like, filter out any data under 4000 rpms using plot filtering in our scanning software & adjust your maf so commanded afr = actual.

timing is debatable, some say 22* is optimal for LSx based motors others say they can push 29*, personally im pretty sure its somewhere in between those two or maybe a combination

You'll probably need to raise your idle slightly for the cam as well as adjust your idle airflow tables slightly.
