Default Wideband o2 replacement??

I have an Innovate LC-1 and the o2 is pretty much dead. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? I heard that a VW o2 would work but unsure or what model car it was.
Thanks.

Well its flashing E8 most of the time, and when it works its giving out impossible a/f numbers I mean anywhere from 9.1 to 67.8 haha.

I went with Innovate. I am sure it wasn't the cheapest route but my product got out the door the next day and that is what I wanted.
