Default Can only get 95% TPS. WHY?

i have a carb style intake with 4 brl style t-body.
my hp tunners log is saying im only at 95% tps but i check it and it is full open and to the floor.
i do have the blade cracked just a scootch with the screw maybe this is why?
also does it really matter as long as the t-body is open all the way?
thanks for any info

check your tps. however, it won't matter much as long as you adjust all of your WOT tables to activate at a slightly lower TPS, like say 92 or 93% to compensate. As well as make sure all of your tranny stuff is adjusted for the lower TPS as well.

Though I can't whole heartedly recommend this solution, because it should be able to read 99-100% if the TPS is working properly. The above is just a work around.

You should test the TPS to see if you can get it to read 100% manually by turning the sensor by hand. If not, then you have a faulty TPS sensor. If you can get it to read 100% manually you might have to slot the holes on the TPS to get the correct voltage reading range.

I can't remember the exact procedure but try resetting it.

Unplug TPS. Turn car on then off. Re-plug TPS.
