Default odd tuning problem

Hey guys so I brought my car to get tuned the other day.... Everything seeemed find and dandy until the car hit about 5500 rpm and then it hicups for about 3 seconds and then comes back up... We couldnt seem to figure it out. On the graph you saw the steady rise but once it hit 5500 it dips down... What could this be? Broken boot wire? im pulling my hair out....

I was tuning a car last week with the same problem. Turned out to be false knock at about 5500. If you logged, look at your knock counts and see how much timing its pulling for it.
