Default Stock Throttle Body hole size

What is the stock throttle body hole size??? I drilled mine out to 1/4" and now with custom tuning, it is idling too high.

If its idling too high with custom tuning, then why not lower the idle?

As for your question, I believe it is 1/8". I drilled mine out to 3/16" and its been fine.

You can't simply progam a lower idle speed if the hole is drilled out too big. One of the ways the computer controls the idle speed is by controlling how much air goes through. Anyway, if the hole is now too big, you can fill it in with JB Weld epoxy and re-drill it smaller. Or, my favorite method: machine a nylon bushing on the lathe with the right ID that presses into the 1/4" hole.
