Default code tune out question

are you able to tune out P0133 and p0153 because i read on here that you can but i asked a shop and they said you cant. so i dont know which one you can do. can you or cant you tune it out ?

Also depends on what you mean by 'tune it out'. You can simply alter the codes to not set MIL, actually turn off the diagnostic test, etc. If your O2's aren't switching enough (P0133 and P0153), you may have other problems (could be a bad tune, exhaust leak, bad sensor, etc). Agree with Frost, you are better served to find the real problem.
