Default O2 sims...codes for efficiency problems....

After installing the O2 sims I am getting a code that refers to a cat. inefficiency. When you install O2's, do you need to turn off any of the tests? I am getting P0430.

This DTC sets when the response time difference (rich to lean and lean to rich) between the after-cat sensor and the before-cat sensor exceeds a certain threshold. Since you have the O2 sims installed, there will be no transitions detected by the PCM for the after-cat sensor, and the time difference will depend on the performance of the before-cat sensor. The code set is for Bank 2 ... can you check the performance (rich to lean transitions) of the before-cat sensor ? Maybe you have a problem with that sensor ...
Any other codes? (P0420 is same code for bank 1) ?
