Low voltage to bank 1 & bank 2 rear sensors, if you have long tube headers that could be the reason.

EGR probably means you have an egr problem

po137,po157

Are you running no-cats or gutted cats? IF so you need to disable the codes with your tuning software.

po405

Do your headers have provisions for EGR? Hooked up/in use/blocked?

Honest to god truth the p0137,p0157 are only going to tell your car if the cats are physically on the vehicle or overheating (clogged). I would buy/install an offroad y pipe then turn off the reporting isntance on both codes in the editor.

p0405 - just turn the reporting feature in the editor off for this thing. EGR is a bia' hastle!
