How do you disable the knock sensor

How do you disable the knock sensor I know its not a good thing to do but I have false knock cause of my nosiey drivetrain and exhaust. So im thinking this might help my problems im having also along with other things i wont get into on here 
. I know its a resistor but dont know what ohm it is.
