Dynoing friday....any tuning tips?

I am going friday to tune my car on a dynojet with a wideband. Any tips or reminders to get the most out of the car?

I am shooting for....
12.8:1 a/f
28-31degrees of timing

Anything else to look for? BTW I am tuning the car.

You might want to disable COTs before you go if you haven't already.
