Looking for advice 5.3l tuning, hp tuners
Im looking for advice on how to make my tune more efficient. I would like to make more power while still maintaining or improving fuel economy. The motor is a 5.3l out of an 01 suburban, i deleted the egr and rear o2s. The motor is stock other then headers and a k&n air filter. Trans is stock 98 s10 from a 4.3l 2wd truck. Exhaust is 1 5/8 headers with dual 3 inch to a stock muffler out of a 6.0l 2000 silverado 2500 with a 2 3/4 tailpipe. Truck also has stock s10 rear end with 3.08 gears for now. Feel free to ask for any other info that will help.
sorry my log from the current set up is too big i'll try to get a smaller one.

for fuel economy some things that can help set dfco agressive, work on part throttle timing tables at cruise rpms, dump pwm on the converter clucth.
for performance i would dump that muffler for a hi- flow and wide band and log it to find the pe and timing it likes wot. those truck cams are pretty small there is quite a bit of power left on the table there without hurting gas mileage.
