Sparks Fails

I have the stock ABS rims on my 94 Firebird right now. They have weird tires on them that were put on by the previous owner. Says do not mount over 16.5' rims on wheel. What do you guys recommend in this size that would be good for my car and under $350? Preferably black but anything really.

What about hiring someone to paint them? Would that be a better option?

I've seen used Ws6 wheels on ebay for around that price but they're 17 inch. They would look way better or get the stockers chromed.

Ya I think basically anything is better but I wouldn't mind putting stock TA rims on but I don't think it will fit on these dumb tires.
