The 96 WS6 17x9s were a painted/satin finish- I have a set that came w/ my car.
From 97 and on they went to a fully polished finish
One of my rims....
The outer lip is polished but the rest of the wheel is satin. The WS6 centercaps are now on my ZR1 rims
