Default Interior Production

My car is a 2002 v6 Firebird and has tan cloth interior with tan and black looking plastic. I was wondering if these came in a tan and ebony or tan and charcoal combination or if GM made both? I see a lot of people selling charcoal parts that look just like what I always referred to as black for the plastic in my car but then I see the ebony pieces and it looks very similar online and I have no one around here to compare to there firebird interior. So if they only made these in tan/ebony plastic or tan/charcoal plastic with tan cloth seats it'll be easier to identify. Thanks

Starting in 2000 all A-pillar trim, t-top trim, dash, dash panel, steering wheel, steering column & center console plastic was black in all f-bodies regardless of make or model.

They didn't offer any ebony option until 2000 i believe. So no 98-99 bird was able to get that color. So ask what year car they came out of and that will help you. Just check the back of the panels. The ebony ones are generally worth more because everyone wants them but I have seen a lot of charcoal ones that get painted ebony.

Call your local dealership, they will be able to tell you what scheme is correct.
