i got my ta about 5 days ago and the security was locked up so i cut the wires to it and it runs good. the first time we started it, it burnt the tires on 3/4 throttle from a dead stop. after we drove it a little it lost all the bottom end power but when your doing 45 and floor it, it will throw your head against the seat. we have run injecter cleaner in it and still no bottom end power. what could fix this?

Is it throwing any codes are any signs at all it is not running properly? Does the exhaust seem to be flowing well out of the tailpipes? Is there any strange smells coming from the exhaust?

run some Seafoam through it

check the air filter (yeah, something could be sucked up against the filter)

does it still have the original cat? ...if so, may be time for a new one/full exhaust

i usually seafoam everything but i havent put any in this yet. i did put a bottle of injector cleaner in it but i still think im going to seafoam it. when i go out to work on it later i will check the air filter. i have to put new brakes all the way around and new tie rod ends and a new front left wheel bearing assembly. it does however usuallly smell like antifreeze even though we put a new radiator on it and it isnt leaking anywhere. also, when it starts it has near 60 oil pressure but after it runs about 5 minutes it goes down below 20. could this be part of my problem or is it normal?

oh and i forgot to say the guy already took the cat off so it doesnt have one on it

I'm just wondering that if you ran injector cleaner through it, or ran the gas tank down too low, that there's a chance it sucked up something into your fuel system if it wasn't the cleanest to begin with....just a thought. Might want to look into your fuel filter, along with checking the other normal maintenance items (air filter, plugs, etc.)

Otherwise, take LT1 and replace with LS1 (just kidding, I'm not out to start a war!)
