Hey everyone, I own a 1999 v6 firebird. Recently she has been running rough and sputtering upon acceleration. SES will ocassionally flash.Once she warms up to 200 degrees symptoms waiver and arnt as bad. I ran a scanner and it says cylinder #3 misfire, I am told to start with basic tune up. I have bought new plugs and wires. just need help from someone in chicago who knows where to start. if anyone has had similiar problems and a solution please let me know. thanks

Had a similar problem - turns out the injector was sticking. Try giving it a few light taps and see what happens (worked for me). You never know. And it's free.
