Default need advise on 96 lt1

car runs and drives fine. problem is when i turn the ignition key off, it acts like it wants to keep running for about a second. it is like the engine diesels but seems a little different, maybe like there is a delay in the ignition switch.
any common issues that would do this? any advise with diesel/switch problems would be appreciated. thanks.

are there any sensors that could cause this problem? it does have an air pump code. could a stuck air pump valve do this?

Could be a leaking injector of timing just a little off.
