Default Whats this plug from?

I dont know if anyone can help me and I will get more info on it in the am. I was looking under the rear of my 99 formula and saw this plug hanging down.



I dont see any places to plug it in and its got about a foot of wire or so... In the pic you see the sway bar and rearend. I am on the drivers side of the diff...

I should also note the absinop light is on as well as the fuel gauge not working right...

It looks like its one of the sensors for abs. On the top of the pumpkin (rear differential) there should be a socket to plug in to. Check to see if it has been disconnected from there.

Thanks this was for the abs. Plugging it up made the dash light go off...
