I've been Thinking about how I can make this car look as good as it will run. I've always liked the 30th anniversary T/A's with the black and white interiors and I'm not real fond of this car's GREY or "pewter" interior even though it is IMMACULATE. Both of the door panels have the infamous door panel cracks almost all the way through so I'm lookin at some nice used door panels from a 25th anniversary. Since my car's interior is ALL grey maybe I could trade someone my pewter interior for their ebony?

After removing some of the staples that hold the window felt to the panel and supposedly cause the cracks I'll reinforce that area with some fiberglass or epoxy to make sure it wont happen. 6le designs has some white leather door panel inserts I can put in place of the current ones with 25th anniversary stitching. Along with some padded leather arm rests.

And maybe some new seat covers that look something like this!

I LOVE the 30th T/A's badges because of the blue inlays. Even though its a 99' (which is the 30th anniversary of the trans am), I still feel like it's kind of cheating because this car isn't a special edition OR a ws6... but It is my car and I think it will look sick! Sooo I'll probably be getting the WS6 badge(when I have a ram air hood of course) and the two 30th anniversary side badges.

05' cts v calipers came in today... I know I'll be putting a Brembo decal in place the "v" logo but still trying to decide what color to paint them? yellow, MBM, Black, Red, or silver?

Please dont do yellow or red.

I choose MBM to match. That would look good I think.

Forgot to post about the badges. Those would look really cool on there.

Im diggin that blue WS6 badge, that'll be a nice touch. Calipers would look good in MBM or black, its coming together nicely.

Yea it's all 3" stainless. I bought them from a sponsor on this site. PM MikeFSKSpeed and ask him for a price. They're a Kooks dealer and he's a great guy to deal with.

I looked at that on the internet and first thing I saw was way out of my price range, so I decided that I will continue to run my setup I got for $60 lol

I got this setup for a little over 1500 shipped. S-K speed had the best price out there and I literally looked for years lol

wow. damn nice. you could relocate that battery ground inside the fender unless that doesn't matter cause you are relocating the battery. there is an end of a bolt sticking up that it can go on.

I didn't get a damn thing done on either of the cars this weekend but I did get a lot done on that 40' gate in the foreground. Once that gate is out of my way and installed on the property I can finish my shop. I've still got to wire this whole building, plugs, lights, lift, ect. Then we'll put up 12' tall sheets of R panel steel all the way around the inside of the shop so we don't burn it down when welding. Once all that's DONE I'll be building a 20x15 two story office in the right corner. I've got a lot more going on inside here than just those two cars... and outside there's even MORE projects

Hey man awesome cars, great work. I'm right down the road from you, I live in Odessa. Just picked up a bird left for dead that I'm going to revive. I would love to see these cars in person if you ever have time. If I get mine running soon maybe you can give me some good tips and ideas for mine.

Guy that had it ran from the cops, wrecked the car and got thrown in jail. Broke the front bumper, driver side fender side skirt, broke the axle flange and wheel plumb off the axle shaft. Car sat on the ground with no wheels, has a rats nest in the engine bay, they chewed up a bit of the wiring. Just got the title sunday already have it on jackstands. I have another 10 bolt to swap in and most body panels. Just need 2 wheels to get it tolling so I can take it to my shop.
