Well, back to the drawing board.
Robbie's part was no good. Bummer!
I called a place in GA that rebuilds ABS's, but they do not rebuild the one's with TCS option.

I also searched on Ebay for the part, but all of them came up for a 6 cycl car and "without" TCS option.

Anyone else that can help me here?

Is it possible to just put in another abs module "without" the TCS option?
