Default i have a newb question about volant intake

With a ram air hood and volant or volant style intake setup, is there a possibility of pullung rain water into the motor while driving in a heavy storm?

Even with rain barffles removed people haven't had induction issues. Now if you drive in a tropical rainstorm doing 100 you're gunna get some water induction. But it usually isn't an issue.

Like as posted above. I have the volant setup as well as a US Exotics Superhawk Hood that has no baffles and I DD my car. Zero issues in 8 months with rain and it rains pretty hard in middle GA.

I can vouch for just how much rain Georgia has seen this last year.
