Goodyear Gatorback belts are nice but hard to find. 64 bucks seems like alot of money, I'm running a NAPA (Gates?) belt on my TA and like it, I think it costs $30 or so.

Only issue I've had with the serpentine belt is when I had a small coolant leak, it got on the pulleys and made the power steering pump slip and the steering wheel was hard to turn. No squeeling though.

I don't think they're hard to find-and at a decent price:

I got my Gatorbacks (for my LS1) at Summit also for a decent price.

It took me 3 tries to get the correct length belt from the NAPA store, it would be bad to do it mail order. Do you know about the belt length guide marks on the belt tensioner body? At about 11:00 forward looking aft there is a arrow on the movable part of the tensioner and on the main body there are two cast in lines about .500 inch apart. With the proper length belt installed the arrow should fall between the lines. In the picture you can see the arrow at about 10:00, not the arrow at the bottom by the word 'lift'.
